These terms cover your use of this website. Client engagements are governed by their own written agreements, not this page.

Using this site. You're welcome to browse, read, share links, and use the site for evaluating whether we should work together. Don't misuse it: no scraping at abusive volume, no attempting to break or probe the site, no using forms to send spam or unlawful content.

Content and intellectual property. The content on this site, including text, the assessment methodology descriptions, guides, and graphics, belongs to Whidbey Marketing / Neicole Crepeau unless otherwise noted. You may quote brief excerpts with attribution and a link. Don't republish substantial portions or pass the work off as your own.

Marketing outcomes described here (like client results) are real but specific to their circumstances; results for your business will vary.
